ANOTHER AWARD

THE “AWESOME AT AWARDING AWARDS” AWARD

It’s always gratifying to know that there are others out there in the blogosphere who recognize the efforts of their fellow bloggers.  Earlier this year I was presented with four such awards for which I am extremely grateful. Then just recently I was recognized by another of my peers, The Hobbler,  with the AWESOME AT AWARDING AWARDS  award.

Now, to the casual reader, this may not seem like much  of a momentous event.  But I like to think of this recognition as kind of a Hollywood Foreign Press Association type of “Golden Globe”.   Or “Peer Recognition”  if you will.  After all other organizations and professions hand out peer recognition awards to their cohorts in crime, so why not bloggers.

My thanks to The Hobbler for taking time to follow cONTEMPORARY mUSINGS and deeming my efforts worthy of recognition.

  1. Congrats! It’s nice to have some good news to read about this morning along with the standard headlines. And, you’re exactly right. Peer recognition’s the best, no matter what form it takes.
